The vertical counterpart to the lat pulldown, with an adjustable strength profile, a rotating chest pad and a gas-strutted back rod.
Every frame is powder coated to order, so the colour is genuinely yours. Match your fit-out, your branding, or a code you send us.
Coated to any RAL code by Interpon, Dulux and Oxytech, with translucent finishes by Eastwood. Tell us the code and we will match it.
Colour previews are AI-generated renders shown on one photograph, and are a guide only, and the finish on a built machine can differ. Ask us for a physical sample before you commit a floor to a colour.
The upholstery is cut and covered by a trimmer minutes from the workshop, so the vinyl, the thread and the stitch are specified per machine the same way the frame colour is. We use Novatex Aspen, a marine-grade vinyl built for boat decks and commercial floors, stitched with Coats Dabond v138, the UV-treated bonded polyester that holds sails together. Sweat, sunlight and a chlorine wipe-down are the easy part of its working life.
Seven of the Aspen colours also come in a coarser pebble grain, and the thread can be tonal or contrast in any of the three stitch finishes. Screen colour is a guide only, so ask us for a physical swatch before you commit a whole floor to one.

The Citadel Vertical Pulldown was designed to be the most versatile vertical pulldown to complement our Lat based pulldown. With the design of our pulldown, we engineered the arm to have the perfect line of pull for the lats in the frontal plane as well as the rotating handles and adjustable chest pad so you can do an upper back dominant high row. The Citadel Strength Vertical Pulldown has 2 weight pegs and depending on which one you put the weights on it will change where the weight is heaviest during the execution of each rep.
If you load the top peg the exercise is heaviest at the start and lightest at the contracted position.
Loading the middle peg results in the weight being very even throughout the entire movement.
We designed the handle to rotate so the user can decide the arm path instead of it being fixed. It has dual handles, one being 20 degrees offset from 90 degrees as this is vastly more comfortable on the users' wrists, shoulders and elbows when performing the exercise. The other is a neutral grip handle if the user wanted to train the lats in the sagittal plane. The Knee Pads move up and down to adjust for the user's height and the gas strutted back rod adjusts to ensure users of every height can get the user starting handle height.
The construction of the pulldown includes 4mm steel, bearings rated to over 1.2 tons and indexing pins rated to over 2 tons, to deliver a pulldown that can handle any weight your members can use. People from 142cm to 203cm (4 foot 8 to 6 foot 8) can comfortably use our pulldown due to the adjustability.
Complements rather than duplicates the Lat Pulldown next to it.
Adjust where the resistance peaks through the range.
20-degree offset and neutral options, both rotating.
Adjustment is quick and one-handed, not a wrestle.
