A pivoting centre mechanism lets the lifter choose the arm path, with 28mm knurled stainless handles in four hand positions.
Every frame is powder coated to order, so the colour is genuinely yours. Match your fit-out, your branding, or a code you send us.
Coated to any RAL code by Interpon, Dulux and Oxytech, with translucent finishes by Eastwood. Tell us the code and we will match it.
Colour previews are AI-generated renders shown on one photograph, and are a guide only, and the finish on a built machine can differ. Ask us for a physical sample before you commit a floor to a colour.
The upholstery is cut and covered by a trimmer minutes from the workshop, so the vinyl, the thread and the stitch are specified per machine the same way the frame colour is. We use Novatex Aspen, a marine-grade vinyl built for boat decks and commercial floors, stitched with Coats Dabond v138, the UV-treated bonded polyester that holds sails together. Sweat, sunlight and a chlorine wipe-down are the easy part of its working life.
Seven of the Aspen colours also come in a coarser pebble grain, and the thread can be tonal or contrast in any of the three stitch finishes. Screen colour is a guide only, so ask us for a physical swatch before you commit a whole floor to one.

The Citadel T-Bar Row was designed to be the most stable and comfortable T-Bar on the market. It features an adjustable chest pad that supports the chest and abs to allow the upper back musculature to be the limiting factor in the exercise not the lower back or stabilisation. The handle mounting position on the long arm means you don't have to load a lot of weight for the machine to be challenging. The slanted super grip footplate ensures the user is locked in during the set. The center mechanism rotates freely during the exercise allowing the user to dictate the arm path and arc of the handles depending on which muscles they wish to bias.
The T-Bar also features a rotating chest pad to allow the user to modify the resistance profile of the exercise. The rotating handles allow the user to select from 4 different hand positions from neutral to semi supinated, semi pronated and pronated.
The construction of the T-bar includes 75x75 solid RHS steel, bearings rated to over 2 tons and indexing pins rated to over 2 tons, to deliver a T-Bar that can handle any weight your members can use. People from 142cm to 203cm (4 foot 8 to 6 foot 8) can comfortably use our T-Bar due to the adjustability.
The arm path is chosen by the lifter mid-set, not fixed at the weld.
Neutral through pronated, shifting emphasis across the mid-back.
Rotating, and knurled properly, so grip is not the limiting factor.
Wide and aggressive, because a row is only as stable as the feet.
