What a 20-year structural warranty actually assumes

5 Apr 2026 · 4 min read

A long warranty is only as honest as the conditions attached to it. What ours covers, what it assumes, and why bolting the machine down is not fine print.

Twenty years structural, seven years on moving parts, one year on upholstery and powder coat. Those numbers only mean something if the machine behind them was built to survive them, and if the conditions attached are honest rather than an escape hatch.

Built for the numbers

The frames are locally sourced Australian steel, 4mm plate and 75×75mm solid RHS through the load paths, with bearings and pins rated beyond two tonnes. That is not marketing weight. It is what lets a welded frame take twenty years of a commercial floor without flexing, rattling or working loose.

Why bolting it down is not fine print

The structural warranty assumes the machine is bolted to the floor as specified. That is a real engineering condition, not a loophole. A plate-loaded machine that is not anchored can rock under load, which concentrates stress exactly where the frame was designed to spread it. Bolt it down and the warranty means what it says. Do not, and you have changed the thing that was engineered.

Everything about the range is built on the same idea: say what the machine will do, be honest about what it needs from you, and then stand behind it for two decades.
